You must be at least 16 years of age to hold an account and login to the grid. These are the rules of the grid.

We are a 3D virtual world and not a social media platform. Virtual worlds are a mix of game, roleplay and social meeting place where individuals, control avatars and interact with other avatars in a virtual world.

Many explore their creative talents and build, create a variety of items that are mostly general in nature and some suitable for a mature audience . The virtual world contains areas that range from a General to an Adult rating making it unsuitable for persons under the age of 16 (Age of consent in Australia)

If found you are not a least 16 years of age your account will be disabled immediately.

7. Anything not mentioned
8. Clothed
9. Unclothed (in suitable areas such as private land or areas defined as nudism permitted)

While logged into the grid you are bound by the laws of the country, province, state or territory you reside and the laws of Australia, which is the location of the servers. If it’s okay to do in the real world, it’s fine here also.

Curtesy, lawful activity and common sense will keep you out of trouble.

To assist everyone to enjoy their time we should at all times respect the rights, beliefs and morals of others.

Child avatars (adults roleplaying as a child) are welcome provided they conduct themselves in a lawful and sociably accepted manner. The definition for child avatars refers to an adult, using an avatar to role play in the form of a child.

Remember, if lawful, than it’s acceptable to do here whilst being done in the appropriate places for what you are doing.

Risk and responsibility

Your use of the grid is done so at your own risk. The grid owner is not responsible for any loses of your inventory. If the grids inventory servers fail and inventory loses occur you will not be compensated and the grid owner nor any person will be held accountable or liable for your loses.

Suspension and Termination of membership

The grid operator reserves the legal right to terminate your account without warning and without compensation or giving reason for termination should any of the following have been breached.

1. if it is discovered that you have breached any laws. disabled for 3 days, first offence, 7 days for second offence and third offence account closure.
2. You are found to be in violation of intellectual property rights. disabled for 3 days, first offence, 7 days for second offence and third offence account closure.
3. You engaged in unlawful activity. Depending on the activity disabled for 3 days, first offence, 7 days for second offence and third offence account closure.
4. Have on display pornographic images, videos or links. depicting persons under the age of consent. Account will be disabled immediately.
5. If you engage in any sexual activity with child avatars, accounts will be disabled. Even though the avatar is under the control of an adult. When roleplaying as a child you also, by law, are governed by the same restrictions that protect children, minors, anyone under the age of consent.
6. You use the grid to carry out illegal activity. Immediate suspension of account.
7. You engage in, or participate in, intellectual property theft. disabled for 3 days, first offence, 7 days for second offence and third offence account closure.
8. You damage the grid in any form. Immediate termination of account.

This is a free service offering no warranty or guarantee of any kind.

This grid is hypergrid enabled allowing you to teleport to other grids such as Osgrid, outwordz, Kitely, Craft World, Zetaworlds and many more. You can also invite your friends from other worlds to visit or live here.

The only items we have here are original creations such as gadgets and some clothing to get you started on your virtual world journey. You are welcome to travel to the other grids and return any items to store and use here.

Privacy

All reasonable steps are taken to secure your email address. You are encouraged NOT to use your real name when joining. Should in the unlikely event we suffer a security breach than the only possible personal data to be lost is your email address. Using a false name to join is allowed thereby minimising the effects of an unlikely data breach.

The following logs are kept by this grid and all grids and if a copy of the logs is requested by law authorities with a court order they will be handed over.

1. Web server logs record your IP address and Web browser used, pages visited date and time.
2. Grid server logs record your avatar name, IP address, MAC address, time logged in and time logged off, regions visited and grids you teleport to and destination regions.
3. Logs do not record chat and IM communication nor can the site/grid owner see them. The only way for us to see your chatting is to physically log in ourselves as an avatar, and stand within chat range of your avatar.

Final conclusion

These terms of use can be updated at anytime. Notice of changes will be posted on the this web site. If you don’t agree with the changes you must cease using your account.
