All are welcome at Jacobs Bonny Grid, This includes and not limited to, Child Avatars, Teens, Adults, Furry, Gay, Lesbian, Bi and Trans, Asexual. provided all are in compliance with the law, there are no issues

One free land per real life household. If it's found you have obtained more then one free land at Bonny Estates, One will be reclaimed without notice and the land reclaimed will be selected at the discretion of Anne Bonny.

You are allowed to the use of NPC's, however some rules apply to their use. See rules for NPC's at end of this document.

Scripts/objects consuming high system load/resources will be removed from your land.

NO ban lines around your land, instead you may use a security system on your land and give avatars a minimum of 10 second warning to leave. Security orb can be obtained with no cost from the gadget shop.

You must commence building on land within 24 hours of taking ownership. Otherwise land will be reclaimed and made available to another avatar. This ruling is in place because a high number of avatars take land and never return. Building doesn't mean rezzing an empty house with nothing else and not return.

Respect your neighbour's and no object encroachment onto land not owned by you

Builds must not be higher than 30 meters (Excludes skyboxes)

Skyboxes must be built above 500 meters from the ground and not extend into neighboring land

Free land is for domestic use and operate a small business. No clubs, discos. you may operate a small business such as giving away clothing you created etc. Things you give away must be your own creation. You are not permitted to give away items made by other avatars unless they have granted you permission to do so.

You may not operate a small business that sells anything from the land, it must be free.

If you choose to operate a small business, gadgets/Scripted objects must not greet anyone unless avatars are on your land. Gadgets/Scripts must not give landmarks / objects / group invites to avatars unless avatars are on your land.

Land will be reclaimed by Anne Bonny if you are away from the land for more than 14 days. If you're planning to go away for Real Life holidays/vacation for more than 2 weeks let Anne Bonny know and the land will not be reclaimed with an a reasonable extension time granted. However, if there is high demand for free land no extension will be granted.

NPC usage

NPC's aren't permitted to have more then 20 scripts total. Keep NPC attachments to the minimum please.

If it is found your NPC is being a general nascence to others, or causing excess load on the servers resources you will be asked to stop using that particular NPC.

Problematic NPC will be removed from the region

Termination of free land

The free land given is a special privilege and not a right. At anytime the offer of free land can be withdrawn. Reasonable notice will be given if you are asked to vacate the land.

To terminate your usage of the land simply abandoned the land and send an IM to Bonny saying you've abandoned the land.
